New Additions to Perdaman Global Services

Perth, January 2015 – Perdaman Global Services employed two additional staff to complement its international team of specialists and its expanding portfolio of integrated services.

Xingliang (Michael) Chen joined Perdaman Global Services as Human Resources Advisor and Wengyong (Wendy) Zhao is the Group’s newest registered Migration Agent.

Originally from Shanghai, Michael moved to Perth in 2013 to complete his Master Degree in International Business at Curtin University, and has a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in Management and Human Resources (HR).

Prior to joining Perdaman Global Services, he was employed as a HR and Business Analyst back in China. Michael’s role with Perdaman Global Services will see him focus on workplace relations, organisation policies and HR operations.

Migration agent Wendy Zhao joined Perdaman Global Services – with expertise in business visas and employer sponsored visas. Her previous business experience in developing markets in China is a great asset to Perdaman Global Services’s portfolio of businesses in China.

Due to an increase in demand for HR & Organisational Development (OD) services, internally Jodie Connell is now promoted to HR Coordinator, who will support the consultancy unit providing internal and external HR administrative and payroll expertise.

According to Noelene Merrey, Chief Executive Officer of Perdaman Global Services, the expansion of HR unit forms an exciting step in the strategic growth of the organisation. “Perdaman Global Services now offers a vertically integrated service with dedicated in-house capability to cover a full range of HR solutions from transactional operations to strategic organisational development,” said Noelene Merrey.
