There were a total of 7 Australian cities made it in this year’s QS Best Student Cities, the ranking of these cities were Melbourne 5th, Sydney 13th, Brisbane 20th , Canberra 22nd , Adelaide 44th , Perth 50th and Gold Coast 78th .

The QS Best Student Cities ( https://www.topuniversities.com/city-rankings/2017 ) survey is conducted annually on international students from around the world, based on a diverse range of indicators categorised into six key components (University Rankings, Student Mix, Desirability, Employer Activity Affordability and Student View).
