IMG_7528 copyOn behalf of Perdaman Global Services, I wish you all the very best as we begin another journey of challenges, changes and victories in the fiscal calendar of 2015/2016.

In the midst of pursuing our mission to deliver and excel in our services in 2014/2015 fiscal year, the business environment was certainly challenging with a couple of our clients who have gone into administration and are now no longer in the business.

I like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for the support and contributions extended to us at Perdaman Global Services as the good news is that Perdaman Global Services has gone against the trend and expanded the business both in products and in staff.

Our China desk is formally set up within our Osborne Park office and Wendy Zhao is the Manager with four other Mandarin speaking employees. We are working very closely with our China consultants and business partners to finalise our existing business relationships and create new business opportunities.

Perdaman Global Services in partnership with Private Equity Australasia conducted three very successful business investment workshops in the major cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu. Private Equity Australasia brings premium, high quality Australian investment services to discerning international investors and is a company which comprises of a group of specialists in Australian property, agribusiness, immigration, taxation and law sectors.

It is now more than 15 months since our London office was established. We received tremendous responses at the four (4) expositions and seminars, promoting skilled migration to Australia. Leanne Short who is our UK office manager is making inroads into the UK market, strengthening existing business relationships and building Perdaman Global Services’s brand.

Our overseas recruitment business unit based in Manila, Philippines continues to provide extensive recruitment solutions and skills testing conducted in accordance with Australian standards.

Serving a wide spectrum of industries, we continue to work closely with Australian clients to source for highly skilled and talented candidates from offshore. In relation to our Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development unit, the team headed by Julie Hillier continues to provide human resources expertise and advice to organisations that outsource their HR services which also includes providing payroll services.

To establish and grow the Mila Foundation in Collie and South-West region a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Collie Senior High School, Outback Academy and Woolkabunning Kiaka.

Perdaman Global Services’s partnership with Outback Academy and Woolkabunning Kiaka provides a great opportunity for students to visit the newly refurbished Roelands Village, originally a Christian mission, to hear first-hand the experiences of the Elders, who forms part of the Stolen Generation, and insights on Aboriginal culture and heritage. I am happy to inform that the Mila Youth Program now forms a part of Collie Senior High School life and curriculum for Indigenous students.

As a progressive organisation, communication is highly essential for Perdaman Global Services to excel, where we like to remain and stay connected via social media. Do get to know our staff via LinkedIn or perhaps remain informed on legislative updates by following Perdaman Global Services’s company profile via LinkedIn. Perhaps you may also like to go on our Facebook page or Google Plus page to follow or like us!

If you are totally excited to know the latest visa and immigration news and information, recruitment or human resources world, may I invite you to subscribe to our quarterly newsletter, Human Connections.

In conclusion, Perdaman Global Services is well equipped to meet the challenges and opportunities that lies ahead and to the team at Perdaman Global Services, thank you once again for your contribution and the excellent support.
