I particularly want to thank Ms Kylie Burrows who has worked so enthusiastically with our applications. Many hurdles (way outside her control) were met with determination and a willingness to give immediate feedback. Kylie treated all applicants with dignity and compassion and "travelled" every step of the way with them - to finally being able to personally deliver them news of their positive outcome....in her own time, whilst on holiday!
