Perdaman Global Services remains committed to manage and run the business in a sustainable and responsible manner that adds value to the community around us. We endeavour to initiate activities that improve the communities in which we operate locally and internationally.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives are implemented strategically, guided by the principles of sustainability, good corporate governance and accountability to foster a conducive working environment for our employees, develop programs to improve communities and especially our role towards the environment.
We believe in going beyond philanthropic pursuits with focus on activities which promote self-sufficiency and economic development, that align with our core values, mission and vision.
In Australia, we run the Mila program which aims to explore Aboriginal students’ passions, beliefs, both enabling and limiting, in the context of making positive choices about their future.
We have also started the Kuya Scholarship program which was designed to provide opportunities for young men from disadvantaged families in the Philippines to learn practical trade skills along with personal development in order for them to become more productive members of Filipino society and gain a full time position in a skilled area.
